Return Policy
We believe that customer satisfaction is the key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site.
Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. Returns/Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account and going in the “My Orders” section anytime during the period.
You may request easy returns for most items you buy from germabazar.com, except those clearly identified and marked as not returnable. Return requests are applicable for eligible products within the specified window as mentioned in our returns policy.
Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return
Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Bank Accounts (NEFT) (to the same account used for purchase) are fully refunded within 5-7 business days after we receive and process/confirm your return.
Applicable verification checks/conditions are, but not limited to:-
- All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, original Purchase Proof, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) should be present.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible.
- Product's original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.
- If the product received does not pass the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you
- Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after the product is received and verification of the same
- Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, colour, etc.) and is limited to one request.
- In case the replacement product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated
- If the price of the replacement product is lower than the amount paid by you originally, a partial refund will be issued to you. If the price of replacement is higher than the amount paid by you originally, you need to make the difference amount to our company bank account.
- Products that store personal information should be returned after deleting all personal information. Germa Bazar shall not be responsible in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information
- Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
- Germa Bazar shall not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to the Seller or transacted through Germa Bazar is returned by mistake, Germa Bazar or the Seller shall not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and shall not responsible for its delivery back to the you. You waive any and all claims against Germa Bazar in this regard.
In case the returned product is eligible for a replacement, our Business Partner / Seller will send the replacement to the same shipping address of the customer, subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
However for certain items a sale is final, returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:
- Request for return is made after the specified time given below.
- Product is used, worn, altered or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
- In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
- Products are returned without its Invoice, original packaging, freebies or accessories.
- Product was damaged after use/opening.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
- Certain Products under healthcare, Personal care, Bath and Spa, Auto mobiles and accessories, Customised products, Party suppliers, innerwear, freebies, bullion, swimming suit, perishables including flowers edible products, Safety, Sexual wellness, Pet supplies, Cleaning Products, Baby care also products but not limited to this , but not limited to this , refund option won’t be available for those products under “My Orders”.
- Are do not qualify for replacement, exchanges or refund
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
- Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of apparel and footwear.
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS
We reserve a right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery and pick-up if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns. We also reserve a right to make the products ineligible for return or refund or replacement or deactivate your account if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns. We may also notify that the facility of pickup for returns from you has been withdrawn, in which case, you will have to bear your own expense and logistics to return the product back to the Seller. The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. Refund for returned products or replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through conditions mentioned here.
If the product received fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.
Shipping charge will be deducted if you do not accept the order on delivery.
Refund if any:- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card bank account (to the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
